Position Brief

  • Discuss the job brief requirements with the client.
  • Confirm the final job brief back to client.


  • Advertise in all relevant areas (e.g. industry norms, job boards etc.).
  • Undertake database search, networking and referrals.
  • Undertake initial approach with potential candidates to identify interest.


  • Contact potential candidates and hold first interview stage.
  • Remove candidates that do not meet the job brief requirements.
  • Complete profiles of suitable candidates.


  • Email candidate profiles to client for review.
  • Meet with client to discuss candidates and shortlist.
  • Final confirmation of candidates which clients would like to interview.


Client Interviews

  • Arrange interview dates and times with candidates and send notifications.
  • Follow up calls to client and candidates to obtain feedback.
  • Confirm with client which candidates they would like to be references checked.
  • Work on another shortlist for client should a suitable candidate not be identified (Back to Selection).

Reference Checks

  • Complete two reference checks on preferred candidate.
  • Send reference checks to client.
  • Follow up with client to establish whether offer is initiated.
  • If reference checks are not suitable, work on presenting another shortlist to client.

Offer Management

  • Confirm with client the final offer they wish to make.
  • Make offer and confirm start dates for both parties.
  • Draw up all offer details and confirm acceptance.

After Placement Care

  • Contact candidates prior to start date to confirm everything is as expected.
  • Contact client and candidate after one week for feedback.
  • Contact client and candidate after three months for feedback.
  • Contact client and candidate after six months for feedback.
